(www.pttc.gov.ph). Here's what it says there:

"The seminar will give information on the proper application of HACCP, an internationally recognized and accepted system that ensures the safety of food products. In addition, the seminar will provide tips on how to identify and assess where hazards in the food production process might occur and be able to put in place appropriate control measures to prevent such hazards from occurring."</description>
